At Homes In Progress, we want you to shop with confidence. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Window We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

- Wrong item delivered

- Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price
How to Request a Return Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.
Exchange Policy We offer one-time exchanges for defective or wrongly delivered items, subject to stock availability. Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Refund Policy Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved. Cash on delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Homes In Progress reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
